The Gorilla Phoenix Program
Like the myth of the Phoenix, this program is designed for the lifter coming back from an injury. A Phoenix rises from the ashes and obtains new life. Every lifter will experience injuries and setbacks in their life, how you respond determines how far you will go. The focus on general strength and lower frequency allows the lifter to build back to their old levels – and surpass them.

- 12 Weeks
- 4X/Week Training
- 1X Squat, 2X Bench, 1X Deadlift Weekly
- Emphasis on general strength with Priority #1 & 2 Movements
- Medium Deload Every 4th Week
